FRAMING AND PRINT INFORMATION

Archival photography print on Canson Platine Fibre Rag 310gsm paper

Printing

Every print is made on Canson Platine Fibre Rag, a 310gsm archival cotton rag paper with a smooth satin finish. It's built for deep blacks and fine detail, and rated to resist fading for decades. Printed by ASG in Canberra, it's the same stock used across every print in the shop.

Borders

Every print comes with a minimum 25mm white border around the outside of the image keeping the print presentable, safe from corner damage and easy to matte or frame later.

Framing

Frames are available in black, white or raw oak moulding, each with a white core mat and ready to hang hardware included. For small and medium framed prints the matboard is 40mm. Large and Extra Large will be 55mm.Acrylic glazing is used instead of glass, since it's lighter and won't shatter in transit.

Shipping

Shipping within Australia is free and express, arriving in 4 to 8 business days. International orders are a flat $25 fee and take 8 to 16 business days. Every framed print arrives with ready to hang hardware.

  • No. Every print uses the same paper so the look stays consistent across the shop.

  • Glass is heavy and can break in transit. Acrylic is lighter and shatter-resistant, so your frame ships faster and arrives safely.

  • Product photos are low-res previews and digital frame mockups, for visualisation only. Screens vary, so the final print may look slightly different.

  • Yes. International shipping is a flat $25 per order and usually takes 8–16 business days, longer for some destinations.

  • A new photo is released at 9am on the first Monday of every month.

  • If your order arrives wrong or damaged, email me within 30 days and I'll refund or replace it. Change of mind returns are also accepted within 30 days of delivery if the print is unused and in its original packaging. Postage is paid by you.

  • No sales or discounts, apart from a one-time 10% off when you sign up to the newsletter.
